The housing stock in SeaTac offers choices for a variety of household types, sizes and income levels. The City has a range of single family houses, town homes, apartments and other housing types for its diverse population.

  • A range of housing is available for varied household sizes in the city. Much of SeaTac’s housing stock offers three or four rooms, and almost 20 percent have five or more rooms.
  • SeaTac can be looked at as several smaller communities or neighborhoods, each having its own character and sense of identity, yet relating to the surrounding area.
